Welcome to MADE. At home Personal Chef.  By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  Please read them carefully.

MADE. At home Personal Chef provides personal chef and catering services for private and corporate events.  Services include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, meal preparation, and on-site service as agreed upon in the booking confirmation.

• A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due7 days prior to the event.
• Payments can be made via direct debit, credit card, Square app.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from MADE. At home Personal Chef

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee.
• In the unlikely event that MADE. At home Personal Chef must cancel, a full refund will be issued.

• Clients must inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests at the time of booking.
• While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• The client is responsible for providing a clean and safe working environment, including access to kitchen facilities, water, and electricity.
• Any damage to equipment or property caused by the client or guests may be subject to additional charges.

• MADE. At home Personal Chef is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from the consumption of food prepared during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
• We are fully insured for public liability and food safety compliance.

MADE. At home Personal Chef is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.

All content on this website, including menus, images, and branding, is the property of MADE. At home Personal Chef and may not be used without written permission.

We respect your privacy.  Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

MADE. At home Personal Chef reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
